about
Equipping leaders with the ability to harness sustainability and technology as dual engines of transformation. With deep execution expertise, carbon fluency, and a background in systems engineering, I help organizations unlock purpose-driven innovation, build resilient operating models, and lead with clarity in a digital, decarbonizing world.
Reflection for Direction, was born out of a clear need I kept seeing across industries. Not only was I seeing a ramp-up in sustainability needs, but I was also seeing a step-change in the type and intensity of our technology use; the way we worked, and led, was changing fast.
Companies are now being asked to evolve faster than ever.
And whilst business leaders recognize the need to adapt fast, many leaders Iโve spoken with didnโt know where to begin - there is so much change.
The pressure is there, but the path is not.
Thatโs why I founded Reflection for Direction: to give companies clarity, momentum, and direction in their journey.
I help organizations understand who they are, who they want to become, and how to get thereโworking closely with leadership teams to chart credible, tailored strategies that will go the distance.
My work is deeply informed by real-world execution. Iโve built governance frameworks and operating models from scratch, led major organisational transitions, and supported sustainability start-ups.
One pivotal moment in my career was building a full-scale PMO for an environmental consultancy at a strategic turning point. It wasnโt just about systems, it was about unlocking purpose-driven performance.
Alongside my client work, I hold an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School, specialising in Climate, Sustainability and Net-Zero, and a Masters in Chemical Engineering, giving me years of carbon intelligence.
I bring together operational fluency, commercial pragmatism, and technical depth, ensuring the advice I give is both visionary and actionable.

Strategy for the Bold. Momentum for the Ready
Iโm the type of strategic operator that mature organizations claim to want: entrepreneurial, initiative-driven, unafraid to ask the hard questions, and able to spot both blind spots and breakthrough opportunities. I see around corners, I design before I do, and I turn ambiguity into advantage.
But the reality is that many of these organizations arenโt structurally ready for that kind of thinking.
And thatโs okay.
I now work with organizations who are often smaller, scaling, and who are still hungry-not-hardened. The ones who see different perspectives not as threats, but as growth catalysts.
These are the teams where bold leadership, intelligent disruption, and future-fit frameworks are not only welcomed, but required.
