about

for corporate sustainability leaders who need strategic clarity

If you’re leading sustainability you’re likely dealing with this:

  1. Conflicting stakeholder expectations

  2. Strategy vs. compliance tension

  3. Being responsible without real authority

  4. Translating values into decisions that survive scrutiny

I work with sustainability leaders to:

  • Clarify direction when priorities conflict

  • Make defensible decisions under pressure

  • Align sustainability with commercial reality

  • Communicate strategy with confidence to boards and teams

My work is deeply informed by real-world execution. With more than 15 years experience, I’ve built governance frameworks and operating models from scratch, led major organisational transitions, and supported sustainability start-ups.

One pivotal moment in my career was building a full-scale PMO for an environmental consultancy at a strategic turning point. It wasn’t just about systems, it was about unlocking purpose-driven performance.

Alongside my experience, I hold an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School, specialising in Climate, Sustainability and Net-Zero, and a Masters in Chemical Engineering, giving me years of carbon intelligence.

I bring together operational fluency, commercial pragmatism, and technical depth, ensuring the advice I give is both visionary and actionable.

Services I Offer

Who This Is (and Isn’t) For

This work is for sustainability leaders who:

  • Want rigor, not glossy reports

  • Need strategic clarity, not another framework

  • Are accountable for decisions that matter

It’s not for people looking for quick fixes or PR-led sustainability.

Reflection for Direction, was born out of a clear need I kept seeing across industries. Not only was I seeing a ramp-up in sustainability needs, but I was also seeing a step-change in the type and intensity of our technology use; the way we worked, and led, was changing fast.

Companies are now being asked to evolve faster than ever. And whilst leaders recognize the need to adapt fast, many leaders I’ve spoken with are suffering from decision fatigue, and don’t know where to begin.

The pressure is there, but the path is not.

That’s why I founded Reflection for Direction: to give sustainability leaders with decision clarity, direction and momentum, in their journey.

🌊 My favorite trip? Iguazu Falls in Brazil. 👉Indiana Jones vibes included.

🏂 I used to snowboard... until gravity won. Now I noodle on my acoustic guitar instead.

☕🍷 I like my coffee black and my wine red, though not usually at the same time.

Waterfalls with lush green vegetation and a rainbow at the bottom right, mist rising from the cascading water under a clear blue sky.
